Light bulb moment! You see a problem. One you didn't before. Before you get lost in the celebration, remember that this epiphany only matters if you also pursue a solution. Listen in to learn ways to move past admiring the problem and start taking action.

- You can feel an enormous sense of relief when you finally see the pattern, connect the dots and shine that flashlight into a dark corner. Recognizing that there is a problem is crucial. But it's only the first step.
- Finding a solution involves willingness to be a space shaman. You need to examine and diagnose to determine if the symptoms you see on the surface are really the cause.
- Beware of the liability of familiarity. Don't rush to impose a solution because a problem seems similar to something you've seen before.
- When you have a hammer- everything looks like a nail. Check in with yourself to make sure you aren't imposing a problem you WANT to solve onto the situation.
- Co-create the solution with your clients and project stakeholders so that the solution is meaningful to them.
