- We all bring a narrative to the table. Based on that, we interpret the behavior of others. Make a conscious effort to focus on the facts, not what you want to make them mean.
- Get out of judgement- of yourself and others. Judgement means someone has to be right or wrong- and leads to anger, guilt and shame.

- Having radical empathy leads to a productive outcome in every situation because others feel seen and heard. In trust there can be exploration of issues and resolution.
- Empower yourself by taking responsibility- not blame- for how situations play out. Look for what you can do different next time.
